Refund and Returns Policy

In the event of sending a wrong request or a defect in the product of color, size or model from us, the piece will be returned and we pay all costs and replace the order with the agreed upon request.

In the event that the customer chooses or sends a wrong size or color and there is a possibility of modification, the customer bears all shipping costs with additional fees for modification, and this is done within 30 working days.

In the event that the item is ordered in wrong sizes or color by the customer and cannot be modified, no return or replacement will be made.

In the event that the part arrives damaged with minor damage and can be modified at the customer’s premises, we will take care of the value of the repair at the estimated value of the damage.
